i have been doing gym from a ling time it has been an year now so i have hot so many trick yo do it like normal push up,dimond push up,pull up ect .so i may guide you so do simple gym not for building body but for your good health so first you need to take 2 dumbules of 1-2 kg and put 5 reps of 3 times then 5 push up then ten minute break and dont drink water then if you have a poll and put 5 pull up then rest for all day and dont add any thing to it
