People who exercise daily feel more energetic and active throughout the day. Exercise also reduces the chances of serious diseases like diabetes, heart problems, and obesity. Apart from physical health, it is also very important for mental health. When we exercise, our body releases certain chemicals called endorphins which reduce stress and make us feel happy. Simple activities like walking, jogging, cycling, or even playing outdoor games can be a good form of exercise. In today’s time, many people live a lazy lifestyle, sitting for long hours in front of computers or mobile phones, which makes exercise even more important. Therefore, doing regular exercise should be a part of everyone’s life for both physical and mental well-being.
