Good touch is any physical contact that makes you feel safe, comfortable, loved, and happy, such as a hug from a parent or a high-five from a friend. Bad touch is any physical contact that makes you feel uncomfortable, scared, confused, or that you don't want. If you experience a bad touch, you should say "No," get away from the person, and tell a trusted adult immediately.
