Sugars can be very addictive. However when we consume them our body pays a huge toll.

I consider myself lucky as my parents never let me get into the habit of consuming sugars. I use natural jaggery over refined white sugar in my milk. And also I don't use the so called health drinks like bourn vita or horlicks which have a lot of added sugars. To satisfy the craving of my sweet tootht I eat a piece of fruit over goodies like candies or chocolates.

From today, let us say no to sugars, and improve our lifestyle.
