World Gastronomy Day encourages people to take actions to ensure a healthier planet that has healthy people free from diseases. 

So on this Gastronomy day let us all pledge to take care care of our gut health and our mother earth and take small steps to ensure a healthier planet where everyone is healthy and disease free.
