HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF NATIONAL SCIENCE DAY

The National Council for Science and Technology Communication (NCSTC) proposed the designation of February 28th as National Science Day in 1986, and it has been celebrated annually since 1987.

ACTIVITIES DONE ON THIS DAY: 

Various events like seminars, debates, workshops, and exhibitions are organized to engage students and the community in celebrating science.
