Whispers of the Earth

Beneath the sky so vast and blue,
The forests sing, the rivers too.
But silence creeps where once was song,
For nature’s voice has waned too long.

The trees that danced in morning light,
Now fall like stars into the night.
The oceans cry with salted tears,
Their depths now echo human fears.

The winds that carried seeds so free,
Now choke on smoke where life should be.
The creatures roam with nowhere left—
Of homes and hope, they are bereft.

But still, the earth is not yet lost,
If we stand firm, whate’er the cost.
A leaf, a seed, a single hand—
Together, we can heal the land.

Plant the green where grey has spread,
Let rivers run where dry beds bled.
Turn every step into a vow:
To save what lives, and start it now.

For nature waits with patient grace,
Still holding space for our embrace.
The choice is ours, the time is near—
To guard the world we hold so dear.
