A special counseling session was organised on 2nd September, 2024, for our Grade IX to XII students, focusing on stress management and fostering a positive outlook towards their future goals and aspirations.
The session began with an insightful discussion on the common sources of stress faced by students at this crucial stage in their academic journey. The resource person, ๐ƒ๐ซ. ๐ƒ๐ž๐ž๐ฉ๐š๐ค ๐–๐š๐๐ก๐ฐ๐š ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐†๐จ ๐’๐ก๐š๐ซ๐ฉ๐ž๐ง๐ž๐ซ ๐ญ๐ž๐š๐ฆ provided practical strategies for managing stress, emphasizing the importance of a balanced routine, healthy habits, and mindfulness practices.
The session concluded with an interactive Q&A, where students had the opportunity to voice their concerns and receive personalized advice.
