Physical wellness and mental health are the most important aspects of a teenager's life. Every person should opt for some of the sports or fitness activities to achieve proper health. Many of us might have the incapability of controlling our emotions, as it is common in this era of human age. Thus, meditation should be practiced as a daily habit so that we will get proper control over our minds and thoughts. The golden hours in the morning, "from 4:00-4:45," are the best time to meditate. Just concentrating on your breath and silencing your thoughts is necessary for meditation. Therefore, we must add meditation to our daily schedule to be a better human being. thank you.
