This is to spread awareness about our daily diet. I guess many of you add flavours to milk, as I do. Today as I was drinking milk, I saw the flavours which I added did not have a sufficient amount of protein and had a lot of sugar. So I headed to the store to get a better option. I even got a better one with more protein and less sugar.
In last, I understood that after trying these options. Now I prefer having plain milk because it has a sufficient amount of protein. I know that it does not taste that good but rather we can add natural flavours like honey, or eat dates with it...
