Before the Mughals came, India was the golden bird
This is something you all have heard
Mughals came disguised as invaders
As they were masqueraders
In 1526 we were in the clutches of Mughal dependence
Freedom fighters fought for our independence
After the Mughal, ruled us the British
It looked like they did not want to finish
We got freedom back in 1947
Our freedom fighters reached heaven
India is a secular nation
And has the 2nd highest population
Mahabharat and Ramayana are India's great epics
Bravery runs in every Indians genetics
Rajasthan, Kerala, Ladhak are some of India's states
For tourists we always open our gates
In India we call our friends Yaar
For our country we have Pyaar
Henglish is a language we have invented
Our hearts are contented
The differnet shades of India
