Many of you love to eat junkfood. To be honest I would love to have junk food for my daily diet. But what we want might not always be good for us. I have been eating salads and veggies for a complete week. It was actually not that delicious diet. But after eating them I felt it was very relaxing in my stomach and I felt it helped me a lot. It has helped in sports and other physical activities. A proper diet is very important for us. That too for teenagers it is very important. Many of us might be reaching our puberty. We have to take a proper diet and rest to make our fit healthy. It is painful to follow a strict diet but trust after you start following your diet you will realise that it is for our own benefit. Now coming to mental well-being.....I would say yoga is the best medicine for our mental well-being as well as for physical fitness too. Start making a timetable which includes your daily schedule for yoga. Doing yoga in the morning is the best. It will keep you active for the rest of the day. It helps you control your emotions and reactions. So i would like to give a friendly advice to all that involving a healthy diet and yoga in your daily routine helps you a lot. Follow these two keypoints to be a better human resource.. thankyou 😊
