Sports play at important role to make us healthy. We should play in our life. As it reduce tension and make us physically mentally fit and active. We forget all are problem and our body get exercise during playing sports . Children usually play and take participate in a sports but after getting young they focus on work and don't give time to play that's why they become ill and tired but if they focus on play during their whole life, they will be healthy and happy always. So play and be cheerful in your entire life. That's a fantastic way to keep us free from disease.
