Every year on april 7, we celebrate worl health day to remind ourselves how important health really is. As a student i often get so busy with studies i forget to take care of my health. This day remindes me that taking care of health is important.
We sometimes sleep late, eat enhealthy, spend too much time on screen. But this day makes me realize tjat healt is not just about our body but also our mind.
Worl health day teaches us that small daily life activities like eating healthy food, sleeping on time exercising can make a big difference. If we stay healthy we enjoy life more and can study more.
In the end i want to say that healt is our real wealth,and we should start to take care of it from noe itself.
