National Nutrition Week is observed every year from September 1 to 7 to spread awareness about the importance of good nutrition and healthy eating. For students, this week is a great reminder that food is not just fuel, it’s the foundation of a healthy body and a sharp mind.
At GoSharpener, we believe that balanced meals and informed food choices help students focus better, grow stronger, and feel more energetic. This week helps young learners understand how small changes, like avoiding junk food, eating more fruits and vegetables, and drinking enough water can build lifelong healthy habits.
GoSharpener Activity
During National Nutrition Week, GoSharpener schools conducted “Healthy Plate Challenges,” where students shared photos of their daily meals and tracked their eating habits. Some schools organized fun quizzes on nutrition facts, while others held fruit-and-veg tasting events to help children explore diverse foods.
Students updated their GoSharpener Impact Profiles with food swaps replacing packaged snacks with homemade ones or trying a no-sugar day. These tiny steps helped them see nutrition as part of their daily climate action.
Why GoSharpener Is Different
GoSharpener's Sustainability Score turns awareness into action. Instead of just talking about healthy food, students act on it, record their habits, and learn through real-life choices. They earn badges and track progress through the platform, making nutrition fun and goal-oriented.
GoSharpener is building India’s No. 1 Personal Sustainability Score for Students. Just like an academic score reflects marks in subjects and a credit score reflects financial health, the SustainabilityScore reflects eco-conscious behaviour.
