Exercise plays a very crucial role in our life .It maintains our physical and mental well being.Regularly doing exercise is very important.In this generation exercise is very important . We can also do exercise regularly for just 30 minutes . In the busy schedule it's important to take some time out for ourself so we can also do something to maintain our physical well being.Exercise helps us to be safe from other diseases.Exercise is not just that it helps to reduce our weight but it also helps to keep our mind calm, increase our height , improve our ability to maintain our mental health and many more . We just have to take some time out for ourself and do exercise.
