Indoor games like chess, carrom, and ludo are good for our brain. 🧠 These games help us think better and improve our memory. We can enjoy them with our family and friends when the weather is bad or we cannot go out.

 

But indoor games are not good if we play them all the time. ❌ They do not give us any exercise. Sitting too long makes us lazy and tired. Too many mobile or screen games can also hurt our eyes and waste our time. 📱
