Ever felt like your brain is slow, you can’t focus, and your thoughts feel “cloudy”? That’s called brain fog. It can happen when you don’t sleep enough, eat too much junk food, or get too stressed. Students get it especially during exam season or after spending too much time on screens. To avoid brain fog, eat healthy, sleep 7–9 hours, take breaks during study, and go outside for fresh air.
