In the morning  always  eat breakfast. Although,  if you're  late for  school  or work never skip breakfast . It's the most important  course of meal as it works like fuel for a car to start.

Next is always eat atleast one fruit daily as it contains vitamins  which help boost immunity  and make you stronger. 

After that ,the following  point to keep in mind is, always have dinner before 7:p.m or before  sunset.  If  you follow this rule your digestive system would not cause any problem.
