Cycling is the fun filled exercise. Every evening I with friends go for cycling. Together with exercise we learn to coordinate. We run a race and find our pursuit to be wonderful. This keeps my body healthy because cycling strengthens my bones and muscles. Cycling helps to provide stamina to the body. We get filled with enthusiasm as our whole body is involved into action. Just like swimming cycling streamlines body and burn calories. Cycling is the best sport, it's the great energiser and finally the stressbuster. I love to cycle my bicycle.
