Eating healthy means choosing foods that are good for your body. Imagine your body is like a superhero! To be strong and have lots of energy, superheroes need the right fuel. Healthy foods like yummy fruits (think juicy apples and sweet bananas) and colorful vegetables (like crunchy carrots and leafy spinach) give you vitamins to help you grow big and strong. Grains, like whole-wheat bread and brown rice, give you energy to play and learn all day long. When you eat healthy, you'll feel great, have lots of energy for school and play, and your body will thank you!
