Today Let's talk about Sugar, one of the things which almost everyone likes. First of all I would like to tell the basic thing which is, that our daily consumption of sugar should not be more than 25g. Those who like Cold drinks, I want to tell them that 1 glass of cold drinks contain 300 ml(g) of sugar which is much high than the amount we should take. Sugar(Carbohydrate) is harmful for us as it is refined. It is not actually as we get and use, it is refined and adulterated which causes many problems like Insomnia(lack of sleep), Depression, Stress, Anxiety, Memory loss etc. So, to prevent all these problems, we need to control ourselves to eat less sugar and then after sometime we have to stop eating sugar, but we have to do this process slowly. Even Refined flour(maida), Brown bread which we say is made of wheat is actually containg only 30% wheat, rest it contains sugar and other things, white bread, chewing gum, all these things contain sugar in a amount which is not good for our health. So let's stop eating sugar by slowly decreasing amount of sugar in our diets.
