Sea Breeze occurs during  day time because land becomes hot faster than the sea during  the day. So , air above to the sea. The warm air above the land rises up. The cooler and heavier air from the sea moves over to the land.

Land breeze occurs during the night because the land becomes cooler faster than the sea at night. The warm air above the sea rises. The cooler and heavier air from the land moves over to the land.
