The coming of the Aryans marks the beginning of a new series in the northwest India. It was quite different from the earlier Indus valley civilization there are different views on the origin of the Aryans the commonly accepted view is that they came from Central Asia perhaps in search of better pastures from the cattles. Historians are of the opinion that ions came across the Hindu Kush mountains between 1750 BCE and 1500 BCE. They entered India through the Kaya bar pass and the same to be known as Indo Aryans.
