Hello! Do you know something about yoga? of course, You must be aware of it. You play among your friends daily. You do cycling, run like a cheetah, turn into a butterfly, jump, hop and skip, twist and turn yourselves. These bodily activities, make you physically strong and flexible. These are yoga asanas. They also sharpen our memory. Yoga can be done inside or outside the house but the place must be safe and clean. It must be done in fresh air or a properly ventilated room. Yoga is the union of body, mind and soul. It guides us to lead a healthy life. Do yoga and enjoy life.

_Do yoga early in the morning._

 

•Do yoga only when your stomach is empty.

 

•Take a proper bath before doing Yoga

 

•Yoga should be done in a clean and airy place.

 

•Wear a loose, clean and comfortable dress.

 

•Do yoga on the floor spreading a mat, durrie etc.

 

•Do yoga in a calm place.

 

•Take liquids at least an hour before doing yoga.

 

•There must be sufficient place to spread your hands and legs.

 

•Be happy while doing yoga.
