Dev dipawali celebrated as a five  day festival concluding Kartik Purnima. Millions of devotees visit Varanasi bath in river Ganga on the Dev dipawali the ghats of Varanasi and adjacent building all lit up with oils lamps and evining Arti also performed as is in regular tradition  in Varanasi.
