A person goes to gym and does exercise to keep himself fit but he always misses the important thing that is a balanced diet. To be fit a person should follow a diet. Food plays a major role in a persons well-being. Food gives us the energy to perform many activities internally and externally. Having a balanced diet helps a person to be not just physical but mentally fit too.
