(Avoid junk foods) Junk foods are not good for health so always eat food which made at your home like chappati, green vegetables, drink milk đ„,eat healthy fruits, during eating don't watch television đș because when we watching television and eating then we didn't saw what and how much, we are eating and it leads to obesity never eat street foods like Pani Puri,chat ,etc because they are filled with so many dust particles but we are unable to watch that with our naked eyes so avoid eating junk foods and always eat healthy foods.Thank you and Always remain healthy and keep others healthy.
