Mental health is a huge deal, especially for teens. We’re under a lot of pressure from school, friends, and figuring out what we want to do in life, and sometimes it can feel overwhelming. It’s not always easy to talk about how we’re feeling, but it’s important to realize that taking care of your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Whether it’s dealing with stress, anxiety, or just feeling down, it’s okay to ask for help and talk to someone. Finding ways to cope, like exercising, talking to friends, or even taking a break from social media, can really make a difference.
