New Delhi: Just as residents of Delhi were winding up for the week, Friday’s evening, rains decided to pay a visit, adding heavy traffic and water-logged streets to the city’s charm. The Met office issued an ‘orange’ warning to “be prepared” after earlier putting the city in the ‘green’ zone for no warning or alert.
