This is to spread awareness about our daily diet. I guess many of you add flavours to milk, as I do. Today as I was drinking milk, I saw the flavours which I added did not have a sufficient amount of protein and had a lot of sugar. So I headed to the store to get a better option. I even got a better one with more protein and less sugar. In last, I understood that after trying both of them I thought that plain milk was better.
