We should always take care of ourselves while driving. Wearing seat belt on cars and helmet on bikes is a rule for our safety . There are police officers to check for seatbelt and licence so that while driving we don't make any mistake . When we make mistake we have to pay a fine so that we do not repeat it again. Fine is charged for going on wrong side because it is an accident prone area.
