Bullying it is term we hear often dont we?

Bullying is the repeated, intentional harm or intimidation of others, often involving an imbalance of power. It can occur in various settings, including schools, workplaces, and online. Bullying can take many forms, such as physical violence, verbal abuse, social exclusion, or cyberbullying.

The impacts of bullying are profound, affecting the mental and emotional well-being of both the victim and the perpetrator. Victims may experience anxiety, depression, and diminished self-esteem, while bullies may develop aggressive behaviors and difficulties in forming healthy relationships.

Addressing bullying requires a proactive approach that involves education, awareness, and intervention. Creating supportive environments where kindness and respect are valued helps in preventing and addressing bullying, fostering a culture of empathy and understanding.

lets do a small activity
grab a piece of paper ( one that has been used eg: a used paper from your rough book )
this activity is to understand an activity of bullying so,

take the piece of paper and crumble it to make a ball
(this step you did here is bullying)

later you realize you did something wrong you leave the piece of paper

now you open the crumbled ball of paper
(which you apoligising to the victim)

the paper will now be wrinkly, this last wrinkly piece of paper is the symbol of the victim after being bullied, saying sorry all the time doesn't help.

the paper in the end was crumbled in the same way, a bully victim has scar and fear left inside them after being bullied.

Therefore, please don't bully people, lets make earth a better and a harmonious place to live in.
