I know that we love all these junk food🍦🍰🍟, frankly speaking🗣 even I like it but it should be taken in a limit. If we eat excess we may face many health issues like sugar, high BP, obesity, etc in very young age. Eating balanced diet🥦🍎🥗is very important for everyone but it should be concentrated more on growing children👶👧👦. We can eat junk food but like once a week or sometimes twice. So if we take the necessary nutrients required for our body we will be away from diseases😷 and become healthy💪. Thank you.
