Food is an important source of our life. If we intake good food we will become strong and healthy.It is up to us what should we eat. Whatever we eat always reflex on our body physically of mentally. If we eat healthy and good amount of food it will norishes our brain and keeps our body active and free from diseases. But in today's time people are eating unhealthy port like Pizza, momos another things which increases obesity in our body . If we take good food or healthy food natural it will help us to build a immunity system is strong and keep away from allergy and many diseases. We can live a long life by eating healthy food and doing proper exercise.
