There are 2 kinds of drinks first is soft drink and the next is alcoholic drinks....the both drinks are harmful to us ..
As soft drink contains carbonated water and a lots of sugar which can increase glucose level in our body...
And you all know alcoholic drinks contain ethanol in very little amount but it's little amount can be responsible for our health damaging....
So take drinks...but in little amount ☺️
