There are majorly two types of waste generated in our household

Biodegradable and Non biodegradable

+ Wondering what is the difference between them ?

Here is the answer to the same

Biodegradable waste is the kind of waste that micro organisms can break down with the help of enzymes and non biodegradable waste is the waste microbes can't break down into smaller units

+Now what the next Question arises what are the examples of some biodegradable waste?

The best suitable examples would be vegetable peels ,fruit seeds ,old leaves etc

+ What should we do with these kinds of waste ?

Should we mix them with the non biodegradable waste ?

No absolutely not mixing these with non biodegradable waste makes all of it toxic instead make two dustbins

Green and blue

Green one for biodegradable and

Blue for non biodegradable

Now we all this waste collected what is the next step

* The next step is composting

1. Go grab an Earthen pot / an old bucket

2. Drill 4 to 5 holes on the base for ventilation

3. Add a layer of dried leaves and myd now add all the wet /biodegradable waste to it

4. Now cover with another layer of mud / leave and store in a warm place

5. Keep mixing it in every 2 to 3 days and keep adding splashes of water

6.After sometime you will notice that the waste is converted into compost

You can feed this to your plants for better growth

* Other way to use it is

1.Grab a bucket and add all the wet waste to it with a lump some amount of water let it sit for around a week

2. Strain it and your bio enzyme is ready for even stronger results you can add buttermilk to it

This is how you use the kitchen wet waste

× What are it benifits??

-Better plant growth

-Organic compost

-Re using waste

- More economical method
