Trees: The Green Lungs of Earth
Trees are one of the most valuable gifts of nature. They play an important role in maintaining balance in the environment and supporting life on Earth. Trees give us oxygen to breathe, food to eat, wood for shelter, and medicines for health. They also absorb harmful carbon dioxide and help reduce pollution.
Trees provide shade and keep the surroundings cool. They prevent soil erosion and help in bringing rainfall. Many birds and animals depend on trees for food and shelter. Without trees, life on Earth would become difficult.
Nowadays, many forests are being cut down for buildings and industries. This causes global warming, climate change, and loss of wildlife. Therefore, it is our responsibility to protect trees and plant more saplings.
“Save Trees, Save Life” is not just a slogan but a necessity for a better future. Every person should plant at least one tree and take care of it. Trees make the Earth beautiful, green, and healthy.
