*Sustainability: Don’t Save the Planet. Save Your Street.*

 

Forget “saving the planet” for a second. That’s too big. The planet will be fine. We won’t.  

 

Sustainability just means living today without stealing from tomorrow.  

 

In Delhi, that looks like this:  

Carry a bottle so you don’t buy 3 plastic ones before noon. Wet mop instead of sweeping — your lungs and the AQI both win. Fix that leaking tap. One drip a second wastes 11,000 liters a year. That’s your water bill and someone else’s water supply.  

 

You don’t need to be perfect. Pick one thing. Do it badly until you do it better.  

 

The point isn’t to be eco-hero of the year. It’s to leave things a little less messed up than you found them. Your street, your home, your habits.
