reminds us that a fit body and a healthy mind are far more valuable than any amount of money or expensive machine. For us as students, being healthy means having the energy to play our favorite sports, the focus to study well, and the happiness to enjoy time with friends. Even the richest person in the world cannot enjoy their life if they are continuing sick. We can build this "real wealth" by following simple daily habits: eating a balanced diet full of fruits and vegetables, exercising regularly, and getting at least eight hours of sleep
