Water keeps us hydrated, quenching our thirst. Drinking water at regular intervals is a healthy habit. Lots of fruits like watermelon, orange, etc and vegetables like cucumber helps in maintaining water level in our body. Water also helps in digestion of food, keeping us healthy. Water also removes waste (toxins) from our body through urine and sweat. Use water, consume water, conserve water.
