We should say no to junk food. These food items are not advisable to eat regularly because it can damage our body by lots of maida, oil and sugar. These items contain high amount of salt, sugar and oil. It is not healthy as it does not contain nutrients for our growth. Eating lot of junk food can cause obesity and other health problems. It makes us feel lazy, tired and lower our energy. Packaged, processed foods contain preservatives and chemicals that harm our body.
