Civic sence is a crucial topic , we all talk about sence in school but not civic sence . we should really promote it

First what is civic sence, it's a basic knowledge everyone should have in there mind and basic behaviour How to stay in a place . India a country with over 70 years of independence still doesn't know how to stand in line . First delhi capital people urinating in Delhi metro ,and more ...

Mumbai , is the global image for india but if you see there is not even single place or to keep a foot in the metro/ train , And if talk about our fellow indian is foreign well they're stealing candies from houses on Halloweenin (markhon, Ontario )and one more . A full grown lady was accused of shoplifting stuff worth up to rs 1.1lakh in us with a full proff with video . A Indian  couple stealing accessories worth 1000 Vietnamese Dong in Vietnam and many more , our country in the term knowledge of civic sence is as down as the hell in the whole world . People are targeting us to unhygienic and disgusting . And also commenting hideous things on content creator is not a sensibal thing and also in this the blame goes to both the public and the government (50-50) govt says to throw trash in Dustbin and then not putting dustbin and public seeing it still ignore it 

People walking on footpath no way , walking in road yes cause on footpath there is thelas , which can cause accidents , personal space is not even a thing , spying on people from far away specially foreigners . 

This topic is far more than what I wrote , i hope you all understand this very well and take a step towards it
