Nearly everyone has a cell phone these days. We can use it for studying, watching videos, or playing games, and it keeps us in touch with our loved ones. Additionally, mobile phones come in quite handy in an emergency. However, a lot of people, including kids, use them excessively! This can damage our eyes and cause us to forget to play outside or interact with people in person. Additionally, some students become sidetracked and fail to complete their assignments. Thus, even though cell phones are useful, we should use them sparingly and with caution.
