Hello I'm now going to explain why keeping ourselves healthy is important so the thing is when we drink a lot of soda or eat a lot of sweets the caffeine makes us super energated but your body gets tired from breaking sugar from insulin so this causes a sugar crash which is really bad so too get rid of it people thought things which have less caffeine like grapes and are still sweet are way better so people said that fruit is healthy and tasty and they give vitamins so people said we should spread the word like I am right now so basically having a balenced diet is super important to keep your body healthy and exercise so that's the conclusion and bye - STAY HEALTHY STAY SAFE -
