Blueberries and cream l

Add a small box of blueberries to a small cup of Dahi . You can get other fruits from your local market and add them to the dahi as well.

Smoothie l

Mix Together strawberries, bananas , apples and blueberries in a blender. Keep blending until they form the preferred consistency. 
The smoothie can eaten from a bowl or drank from a glass.

Nutty milkshake l

get a small amount of cashews , pistachios, almonds and hazelnuts and put them in a blender. Add some milk depending on how much you want to make. Blend them together. If you want you can put the milkshake in the fridge to cool it.
