There are many type of sports. Every sports have different rules and regulations. Cricket, football ,baseball ,badminton, tennis are some Sports .Cricket help us to increase our concentration and handpower. Football help us run fast and increase our foot power. Every sports give us different power. Sports increase our health that's why sports is very important. We also celebrates National Sports day every year on 29th August. It is celebrated on the birthday of Major Dhyan Chand, the legendary Hockey player. We should always at least play a single sports everyday to stay healthy.
